Refund/Cancellation Policy

  • QuaMay reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or change the location of an event due to insufficient enrollments, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances*.
  • QuaMay will not issue any refunds or exchanges for online products once purchased. Please contact the Support Team with questions prior to purchase.

Refund Policy:

  • If QuaMay cancels an event, a 100% refund will be provided to the delegate.
  • If the delegate cancels their registration within 24 hours of subscribing, a 7% administration fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • If the delegate cancels their registration after 24 hours of subscribing, no refund will be issued.
  • Use of Paid Course Fees within One Year:
If a delegate is unable to attend a course after payment and decides to keep the course credit, they may utilize the money paid for the initially booked course or any other course offered within QuaMay. The window to use the paid amount is one year from the date of the initially booked course. The customer can choose a different course within QuaMay that suits their availability within this one-year period
  • Course Materials and Updates:

All course materials provided during the attended course are included in the fees paid. However, any updates or additional materials requested by the delegate after the course has ended will be subject to fees determined on a case-by-case basis. QuaMay will assess the nature of the updates or additional materials requested and communicate the applicable fees to the customer before proceeding.

Cancellation Process:

  • All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to the Support Team. It is important to include the delegate's full name, event details, and the reason for cancellation in the written request.

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving the cancellation request. The refund will be issued using the same method of payment used during the registration process, when possible unless otherwise specified.

Additional Recommendations:

Partial Refund for Cancellations after 24 Hours:
To exhibit flexibility, QuaMay may consider offering a partial refund for cancellations made after 24 hours. The specific refund percentage or amount can be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the circumstances and costs incurred by the organization.

Backup Plan:
In the event of cancellation due to insufficient enrollments or instructor illness, QuaMay will have a backup plan in place. This may involve offering an alternative event, rescheduling the event, or providing a full refund to delegates. The specific backup plan will be communicated to affected delegates in a timely manner to minimize inconvenience.

*Definition of Unforeseen Circumstances:
